I was thinking like maybe someone could help fix the server. there’s alot of errors in the log that idk how to fix.

Hai, i'm currently new to creating server in aternos and was wondering if anyone would be willing to help fix lag, config problems, etc i have with my server. I dont know how to read them or know what's wrong. If possible ill give access to help fix my server. Currently im running magma playing with pixelmon, biomesoplent, pokelucky and essentialsx. There's alot of things going on like pixelmon not evolving, glitchy and lag. Hopefully it can be fixed
