Oh, alright. Looking from the logs it didn't even go online. It looks like the starting process took forever and just stopped.
I suggest removing unwanted mods or lessen the load for the server to start.It didn't even go Online after i deleted some Mods, log: https://mclo.gs/aTwgwQL

A datpack that only contains 'pack.mcmeta' isn't a datpack at all, a datapack must've a 'data' folder. Also, if that datapack is for the Bukkit plugins, you can't even use it since you're playing on Forge.

My server keeps crashing, and the crash is because the Datapack, but the Datapack i only have is pack.mcmeta and it's for Bukkit Plugin, i tried deleting the Datapack File, Generate another World, but it keeps crashing. Here is the log: https://mclo.gs/mitXMRD
