The player's problem is an issue with their internet, and its something that you can't fix.

Well, the player actually tested other servers and they worked. So is this only an aternos problem?

So a user of a server i am administrating has been complaining of a problem that when they join, they only see a black sky and is always falling.
After falling for a while, they would get kicked out by a connection reset error.
The user is using the normal minecraft launcher. How would i fix this?
