so I tried applying a shader the same way u are supposed to apply resource packs and, "Server resource couldn't be applied. Any functionality that requires custom resources might not work as expected" is the message I receive every time I load in a resource pack. I did some research in the forums and on YT but still couldn't find a way to fix it. YES, I have replaced the dl=0 with dl=1 and YES I have made sure that the file is in zip extension.
