  • Can't remember aternos Username

    I forgot the Username I used for my account but I remember the password and IP. I made previous post about this but someone said to contact aternos which I already did. I Have:

    1. Contacted [email protected]

    2. Joined the discord and asked there and they said to contact again.

    When I contacted I got sent a link to something about the queue which was not what I was asking about. All I need to know is whether or not I can access my server using IP and password. Again, i have already emailed my questions.

    I can't remember the username I used for my server. I know the password and the IP, and I sent an email to the support thing, and joined the discord, but the email I got back was a link to something about a queue which was not about my question. Is there any way I can get my account back with the IP and password?
