  • Player disconnecting with error "Timed out"

    I've had my server up and running for a few weeks now. It lagged a bit but I was able to fix that by changing the paper settings.
    Now today, whenever anybody tried to join the server, they either couldn't join or everybody gets disconnected at the same time. This happened to everybody except for me and my brother. I can tell that this is not the player's problem, because 3 different people who use different internets, gets disconnected at the same time. I have not changed any setting on the server that caused this. Please help.

    I use paper 1.17.1
    The people who get disconnected use the same client as me, so it can't be the client's problem\
