so can I change a server to paper and keep all the files, I'm fine to lose the plugins

we've created a few different farms in our 1.17.1 server: zombie pigling, slime chunks and creeper farms, the slime chunks have never worked and swamp spawns have been very low and the others have worked a bit then ran into problems, the piglin farm has altogether stopped spawning anything while previously had worked flawlessly, I've searched in other forums and found nothing to help.
