The spawn doesn't seem to work fine. Sometimes I'm alone in a pillager outpost and no pillager spawn, but when a friend join the server, a few pillager spawn and then the pillagers spawn randomly (sometimes they spawn and sometimes not, and my friend has to disconnect and join again to try to force the spawn). The server is 100% vanilla 1.17.1
