Make sure to put the ZIP file, not the folder.

Ok so, my problem is that ive got all of my datapacks on the website: (see image)
however, they dont work on my server, ive tried /reload and /datapack list. The list does not list the mod packs in the folder and /reload does nothing. It would be really helpful if someone could help
