Hmm maybe you're not opped. It also might be a plugin.
I tried to Op myself and the command blocks seem to work, but I don't want to be Op just to use the command blocks. It might be a setting from one of the plugins.

It might be becuase commandblocks are disabled or you're not in creative/opped.
I have Command blocks enabled and I'm in creative mode.

I'm trying to set up a custom PvP map and I thought using command blocks to make it somewhat automatic for the players when they join. The thing is that I can't place them and when I replace any block to a command block with worldedit, it doesn't work.My server isn't cracked and it's for the Minecraft version 1.16.5. (Paper/Bukkit)
