Got the latest version but it still doesnt work

HCStrike is my username

I click it and nothing happens. It is a file with no extension.

The file has no extension it just says Administration Panel

I change my MOTD then press enter, a message opens saying it was changed, i start my server and the MOTD is 'Aternos.org:' Please Help!

The configuration file seems to not be in a folder it is just by itself on the side there is the .jar file and another file with no extension.

The administration panel is a bukkit plugin......that's why I posted it in the plugins section.................

I cant edit the configuration file for administration panel please unlock it so i can edit the information in the configuration file

I have it saved. It sometimes works sometimes not.

If there is a plugin I like the look of but it is not for my version (1.5.2) can i still get it?

Not sure but my IP doesn't work only my dynamic IP please fix.
