when i join server i can play 2 seconds then it kicks me and says server closed or no further information or connection reset. Thanks for help.
Do you use mods? What country are you connecting from?

The RAM needed to run mods depends only on which mods you have installed. And suggesting Spigot as an alternative to Fabric doesn't make sense. Also, Clearlagg is useless.

The inventories as well as achievements, locations, etc. are saved inside the world folder.
You can also move directly the whole server to exaroton instead of only the world.

It's a beta, that's probably why it wasn't updated.

411 downloads are by far not enough for Towny Classic to be added.
Dynmap can't be added because it requires an extra port and generates tons of files which would fill up the storage of your server. Dynmap just can't be added on a free service.
Also this has already been suggested multiple times, so please use the search feature before making a new thread about it.
And as ediee said, if the suggest page says it can't be added, it can't be added.

You should be able to switch to Spigot without any problems, assuming you're gonna install the same exact version.
Make a backup first.
