Probably the version of the plugin you installed is incompatible with your server version. Try installing a newer version of the plugin.

Your server has to be in the same version as the plugin. If you installed for example 1.17 you have to install the version of the plugin for 1.17.

Not sure, never used that mod. Technically unloaded chunks should generate normally. But already generated ones will remain like this. If you want a new normally generated world, you'll have to create a new world.

Ok then it's not the server that's lagging. Bedrock players on GeyserMC often lag. One of the reasons could be because the server they're connected to it's not optimized for Bedrock Edition. There's not really much you can do about it. Try to contact the plugin's authors.

Not sure, delete each mod and try again every time. You'll know what mod is causing this.
