I am having a problem with Craftbukkit 1.8.3 experimental permissionsEX. When I go to the permissions folder and start adding permissions and ranks and save it, it doesn't work. Also when I do /plugins the permissionsEX is red and /pex doesn't do anything either. Actually it doesnt even say there is no such thing as that command. In the configuration folder someone told me to change permissions.yml to permissions.jar that didnt work either. Please tell me what I can do! Or how to fix it! It says that I have the plugin but it doesnt have any output when I type in /pex!!! Please help as fast as possible.
