Hey, so, me and my friends wanna add a plugin (ExcellentEnchants) to our server. But the thing is, we can't find it. We then suggested but it says it is already available. Please help us.

Image 2: "This plugin/mod is already available" even though I just copy and paste the exact link to the mod website. I have tried it more than five times.
