There's a plugin called PermissionsEx it's way better than groupmanager

well bankNotes, is a plugin that uses ingame currency which supports vault, when you /withdraw it creates a paper with the amount you with drawed and the person that withdrawed it. If you hover over the banknote and type /deposit it will deposit the amount it is worth and why I want it to be added to make the server lil bit more fun and some spice instead of the default its basically like tax collecting but just ingame money for my SMP server thankyou in advance!
