It is a zip file and it works in single player yes, everything has been done properly I think

Hello,
I have tried uploading a normal resource pack to dropbox and then putting the link in aternos but when I opened my server it appeared with the message of: "Any funtionality that requires custom resources might not work as expected" I've done the following things properly so I'm not sure how to fix it.
Things I've done so far,- It is in the right minecraft version as the one my server is on
- I've uploaded it to dropbox correctly
- I've copied the link from dropbox to aternos and changed the number 0 to 1
I really need help fixing this as its a surprise for my cousin, please help.
