Update: There is no lag machine are on the server, but we got a constant 5 TPS no matter where we are.

I checked that webpage today and tried to do everything it said but unfortunately, I saw no results

So I started using Aternos servers around 2 weeks ago. There's only 3 players playing on it, me and my 2 friends. I've been experiencing a lot of lag lately and I cant quite figure out what the problem is. Can somebody help please?
