Update: I managed to fix it, the truth is very rare.
The first thing I did delete from forge that I had installed (36.2.0 / 362.5); then I reinstalled the launcher (TLauncher); then I installed forge with a new "mods" folder, and that is empty; and in the end I added all the mods back to the new empty "mods" folder.
And voila, the demo mode has stopped appearing for me.
I just tried forge version 1.16.5 - 36.2.5; and the same thing still happens: c

First of all, I apologize for my bad English.
It happens that I have tried to open a server with forge 1.16.5 - 36.2.0, in a cracked launcher but when entering it jumps directly to demo mode 
is there any solution?
Or being the case, is it planned to add another forge version of 1.16.5 that allows it?
We really appreciate their constant work, during this time they greatly facilitated the fun of children who needed to be distracted.
