Das ist unmöglich, da keine Mods und Blöcke hinzugefügt werden können. Aber das Plugin währe lustig. Ich informiere mich grad über die TapatalkAPI.

Das kann man auch via Plugin machen
mach doch lieber ein Plugin 
Mod muss man immer installeiren ... und ist meißt nur für ein single Player Meine Mods sind grundsätzlich auch Multiplayerfähig

The aternos team can upload mods, that are requested in the forum to the system and the users can choose them like the plugins.
