my server has multiworld or what is it, difficulty hard and mobs enabled, but disabled on certain maps

maybe hard is the problem?

I have noticed, that mobs does not spawn on my server.
I have noticed this since long ago, but rarely passive mobs spawn, and like no hostile mobs spawning at all and they are rare as diamonds. This problem is bothering me, since i got to the point where i got everything i need to start a village, but since no zombies and spiders are spawning, i cant make any. In the nether there was some pigmans, blazes and skeletons, but there were like 10 zpigs 5 blazes 3 withered skeletons and 1 skeleton spawning around me in groups.

Any idea of what causing this to happen?

The bug still exists, but i ran my server, refreshed it, set the settings and restarted it.
it all works fine
i guess i dont have to be worried about loosing 3 months of doing weird things

if not, then i have to try buy mc...

it mostly happened beacuse either my sistem updated, or the mc client changed... beacuse i used the same acc and it had no problems whatsoever

I think i know!!!

whenever i refresh the server page, the following settings will be this:
Whitelist: Yes
Online Mode: Premium
Difficulty: Easy (its on Hard usualy)

Maybe... This never Happened
Must be a bug or something

So i came back from the dead

Now, i tried running my server, fine...
After that, i try to login... Fail...

Err: Internal Exception: java.lang.NullPointerException

no if you see.. it dint stop... it was running Before the server would start... atleast... i know cause i can't join until the timer start or somewhat... As shown on the picture.. this is the how the freeze loks like... i dunno... at lucky chance it will startit but it only stopping it... i know it didn't start cause i can't join the server even if it says it's running. And The Real Thing Is It Never Happened Before Few Months Or Weeks, even when i had 10/12 plugins

well... i do have a lots of plugins... but its seems to happen a lot of times... around 12:00 and 15:00 i got trough it 2 times... it hapened again (morning curently) and i just made a picture... i can show it
Edit: i just survived the morning... i can't blame internet trough... its fine it havent got any problem after an error, And I Got The Picture
(Its Not Public, i only use it for to have fun with friends)

Its a Mod that add a bunch of animals/other like snakes scorpions, tigers... its like a zoo it also adds new armor, weapons...

CsombiTroll (i used it in a hungarian minecraft but for now i use it here)

its blank it will load like normal and starting...: then offline few seconds later: 0/2 0 or none seconds and nothing... then stopping... it makes me crazy sometimes... i belive it as an error

Hello! Can you please add an plugin called Skull Turret? ( http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/skull-turret/ ) I'm a big fan of theese plugins, but some of them gets an error or doesn't work, and i would enjoy making TD maps, and/or others (survival, roleplay, etc) Please .
(English isn't my mother launge, sorry for misspell and others)

I tryed to save my config that i edited for a plugin and it doesn't want to do it it happened so many times... but normaly it saves litearly instantly when i click save, also the free one player slot update is broken for me! pls help
