i deleted my thread but when i add a new thread it wont allow me

my friend forgot his aternos account password and he didnt even set his gmail on his account

I'm sure if he had hacked our aternos account he wouldn't have gave himself access.

He doesn't have any rank,he is just a member

when ever i remove him or ban him he unban and add himself back
