What do you mean by "Action Bar"?

Check the config files, you can find these inside the folder for the data pack. also some data packs require that you use "/give" to obtain the items they include.

Navigate to the mods folder, you should then find a file called config.ylm, open the file and you can change settings from there.

If you have problems with the plugin itself, you should contact the creator of the plugin.

Hoglins will not spawn on the Nether Roof, Nether Roof is not considered a biome by the game.

If the mod/plugin is not there, go to https://aternos.org/suggest/
you will need the link to the plugin/mod download site.

Try using: /gamerule doMobSpawning true.
This could also be one of your plugins that are causing this.

If you are on java, make sure your server is not cracked. If you need it to be cracked, add a login plugin. If you are on bedrock, enable whitelist.

Most likely insufficient RAM or disk space, try deleting a few plugins you dont need.

You cannot upload a custom plugin to Aternos. If there is a plugin that you want, you can suggest it here: https://aternos.org/suggest/

If you are using command blocks for it use: /gamerule commandBlockOutput false

If you are just using a raw command use: /gamerule sendCommandFeedback false

If your on a cracked server, make sure you have SkinRestorer plugin.

Use: ViaVersion, ViaBackwards, and ViaRewind.

Aternos is rarely down. When it is just wait 5-15 minutes and it should be back.

It could be a error of some sort. You could try searching using the file name, you can find this in the mods download page.
