So it started today, the server keeps on restarting for no reason at all after we fought some hacker. we changed the ip but still didn't work. I can't show you the aternos server ip because the owner won't let me. Any idea how to fix this?

my data didn't save when i downloaded the world

i'm trying to download my world with my items in it because i want to do some progress in it without disconnecting every second, my friend (the only person who plays in the server) can only play on weekends so yes

i figured out on how to fix it, it had the folder in it and not the pack.mcmeta and the data folder
