A suggestion for the upload file size - why don't you introduce an uploading quota (for eg. 1GB / month). In that way you could limit the bandwidth usage and also make world uploading much simpler and reliable for backup purposes. I believe that the majority of players very quickly surpass the 50 MB world size, and afterwards in the case of file loss it becomes very complicated / impossible to reduce the world size for upload.

    hy guys,

I set up my Minecraft world on Aternos and had a great time playing with my son and his friends. A few days ago, during a server restart the windows firewall suddenly blocked Java access to the net (because of the update to Java), and this resulted it seems in loss of files on the server. Most obviously, the users we played were gone, we spawned empty in new locations. I DID save a backup, as recommended after every use, but we did quite a lot of exploring&building, so the size of the zip file is now more than 170MB. I downloaded also the damaged world from the server, and compared which files were missing, and about 20 files were lost. Is there maybe a way to upload only these files to the server, and to repair the world? Unfortunately it would be impossible to reduce the size of the zip file, because we would lose much of our buildings.

Thanks for your time, I really appreciate the work of your young and enthusiastic team 8) . I hope we can resolve this issue somehow, I would be sad if we had to leave Aternos...
