i cant conect to a friends server, which is cracked, with my purchased account and getting a :<You are not white-listed on this server> when the server has whitelist off help me plz ....

Tell your friend to type /whitelist off into the server console to really make sure that the whitelist is deactivated.

Well, if your friend has a problem with his server, he should contact us then instead.

If I knew his Aternos username and email address I could check it.
