help when i join my aternos server it is stuck at encrypting and times out then afetr a few minutes it crashes pls help i need help

pls help me i dont know what to do and am panicking this has been happening since yesterday

i did it and it worked i logged in for 10 seconds then i got kicked and it said timed out
