Banned from discord for no reason

so i was just checking out random servers and i got a permanent ban from discord and i know .ban is used instead of normal ban command so the bot dmed me nothing cause when your banned from normal ban it sends you a message but i didnt get one by discord is !a BLENDER MC#3855 pls unban me
