No, it shouldn't cause any problems with the world generation, it should work just fine.
I'm not really sure why it wasn't working, you should check this article to see if you did everything correctly.

You could also generate a world in singleplayer and then upload it to Aternos

If the plugin doesn't meet all the requirements it can't be added. Plugins that require NexEngine should install it automatically. If there's any plugin requiring NexEngine on Aternos that doesn't do that send an email to [email protected]

I live in India, and hasn't been having any issues since I've been using aternos, yeah I did get one but it was resolved pretty quickly
All our servers are in Europe, so you might experience connection issues

I am having really bad ping like in thousands, this get's really bad and I am tired of it rn, I just want to get a stable ping, sometimes the ping is between 100 and 200 (very rarely) and it's mostly in thousands, its unplayable, just fricking horrible, believe me it sucks. Why is this server that is getting horrible ping and I am perfectly fine with other servers and server providers, eg Jartex, Minemalia, jartex, pika and even Hypixel (borrowed an account from by friend for a week and I got 200 average ping there too), then what the heck is the problem with this server, I've spend 4000 days in this world and have never experienced this, but I am getting shit ping in the past two months even tho I am averaging about 250 Mbps download and 200Mbps Upload

Ping is client-side, mods won't affect that.
Also, are you in a private server, or a public server?
(Private means your own server, and public means someone else's server)
That also doesn't matter, every server is hosted pretty much in the same place.

That's not true
It is to downgrade the version
You can download the world, change version and upload the world back. Make a backup beforehand because it can cause your world to corrupt as downgrading is not supported by Mojang.

I'm not a dev, but I'm pretty sure its because THEY don't have enough RAM/STORAGE for the plugins and whatsoever.
This issue is definitely not caused by lack of storage and/or RAM.

The number of mods that Aternos or any other hosting service can handle can't be estimated. Every mod is different so you can't say how many mods it can handle.

We don't offer 24/7 servers, find a paid host that provides that and pay for it.
