Here is a FAQ on various aternos questions to come!
Q: Can the queue time be shorter?
A: depends on how many wants their server to be up... ex: weekends many people want a server cuz people dont have school!
Tips for shorter queue times:
-Weekdays has shorter times
-The more closer to night (EST) the shorter the queue!
Q: what is this countdown on my server and how do I get rid of it?
A: this countdown is meant for a timer to get on your server (servers are not 24/7). You have 5 minutes to get on your server. The reason for this is because that way Aternos can save resources and RAM for others who wants a server!
Q: how do I change my IP or MOTD or get rid of the aternos in them.
A: that will never happen because aternos is a free server hosting, and your supporting them so if other people see your sever! They know what site to go to so they can make their own server! So you will never be able to change it! Sorry
Q: How do I change the idle timeout in my server and why is there a idle timeout
A: You can....... but it won't work even if it looks like it... and also due to Aternos saving on resources that is! (Like I said: servers aren't 24/7)
Q: I want to set my max players number to a really high number like 10000000000000000000 but it won't work, Why?
A: The max for the player slot amount is the 32-bit amount which Minecraft can handle... search it up!
And let's face it, your probably not gonna have more than a 100 on your server 
Q: My plugin request just got denied.... why?
A: It may have been outdated or premium or just from a external site or also it's not a .jar! Check all those features and your plugin might just get posted to Aternos.
Q: I want Bungeecord!
A: Well your not alone! Many people want Bungeecord.. but here's how Bungeecord works... when you go to a different game mode on let's say Hypixel! It's actually sending you to a DIFFERENT server! So when you join a game... your In a completely new server but it's so seamless that it feels like your in the same one! My Point is that Aternos can't add Bungeecord cuz they don't know how much servers your wanting... and let's say everyone has like 10 servers for each... there's gonna be others wanting a server... so Aternos COULD... but not for free and their goal is to be free always! 
Q: Help, A Plugin or 2 won't work!!
A: Depends on the plugins you have, Ex: Factions- Download MassiveCore, BlockHunt- Download Lib's Disguises! Check the site of the plugin (you can find it on the page you get it from before hitting download) for What plugins it requires before it works! Or it could just be outdated!
Q: Why won't they add plugins like enjin, BuyCraft, And Votifier!
A: These plugins are not suitable for Aternos! (Don't suggest it, it'll get denied). This is because they require a IP and your Real IP changes every server startup. So basically they would be useles.
I try my hardest to put as much questions as I can ASAP! So I'll try and get one in everyday
