Remove SpawnJoin and switch to Paper 1.19.2
Also fix all those detected problems...
And did you use the /reload command before by any chance?

Which server version. Switch to Paper 1.19.2 if the plugins that ur using is also supporting Paper then it should work, BACKUP FIRST. If problems still arise you should try to put another version of the plugin...
If that still dosent work just delete the plugins that has the error and find an alternative.
