Hey, I can't seem to find my mod in the config files, but I checked the mod files just to see that they were there.And yes, I made sure that I was using 1.19.2 Forge for the server.
Mod doesn't show in config but shows in mod file

The mods configs of a Forge server are in the serverconfig folder inside your world folder, not in the config folder.
