Server keeps banning players for "Being idle for too long"

    While playing on my Aternos server, my friend is being kicked every few minutes with the message "You have been idle for too long. This violates our terms of service: aternos.org/tos". This makes no sense, as they are actively playing the game with me and are very much not idle.

    I can continue pardoning the ban if I have to, but I wanted to ask if there's any way to stop this and make sure they can't get permanently banned from Aternos for this.
