what is the use of New/Upload button? what happened if i upload my minecraft world? if i upload 2 worlds will the first world will burry? sorry iam bad at English

The New/Upload button allows you to regenerate your world (will replace your old world), and upload maps and stuff.

Yes. There is a plugin called Multiverse Core which allows you to have multiple worlds though, but I recommend using the default world as the hub.
