Hello, after a two weeks ago my server doesn't start. Only at 2:00am (gmt0) the server starts, but any other hour of the day the server doesn't start. When i put start, i waiting the queue, then confirm at the end, the server still in loading after a five minutes and then the status pass to off and never starts.
Only at 2:00am (gmt0) or any other hour of the night the server still loading and then pass to starting and it's on.
I reinstall spigot or change to bukkit but the same problem still.

Try to delete your server and then download it again

Seems like your server takes up very much resources and thus is only able to start when overall network usage is low. This heavy load probably caused by a large world, so the best option would be to download it and lower its size by deleting unwanted or unnecessary chunks – or you just start a completely new world.
