Whenever my frnd or me is entering in the server, we are spawning in the void without our stuff and after some time it shows timed out. I tried downloading the world and putting it to a new server but after once it became the same.

how do u check the tps
Well F3+A works some times but not always plz help me with a permanent solution
To check the TPS, do /tps in chat (When this happens to me, the chat still works)
