Magic spells updated plugin version

Hello aternos team. I have seen that you guys have the magic spell plugin but it doesn't work for my server. As you know i'm making a naruto server so this plugin is needed. Please I need this really badly. If i can't get this plugin I can't create a naruto server. Basically what the plugin is used for is to make spells (jutsu) for players to use. Without this plugin I won't be able to do that.

It is a bukkit plugin. Its just on another website. if you go to this link https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/magicspells and scroll down you will see plugin manual. Read what it says.
