Can't place Hoppers after Update

after the bedrock update from 1.19.63 to 1.19.70 I can no longer place Hoppers while i am sneaking.

in a local world I don't have these problems.

Does anyone have a solution

Does this problem also extend to using any block on blocks such as hoppers, potion stands, crafting benches etc.?

I tested with Stoneblock. I can't place it on Hoppers, Brewingstand, Chest, and Barrels. On Craftingtabel can i place a Block.

I could only recommend keeping an eye on https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-168280. This seems like it might be a bug in your version of bedrock.
