Can't do modded server and English sponsor?

please help I can't get my hexxit server to work (done both ips) and is it possible to get an English sponsor for all the English users?

What do you mean with english sponsors?

there were no errors on the consle page and I was wondering if there could be an English speaking sponsor so English people could get codes easier
