IP is not working.

I can connect just fine with the Dyn-IP, however when I use the other supplied IP address, it can't reach the server. Is this a normal issue, or is there currently an issue with their Dyn servers?

Thanks for the information. I searched the issue on the search bar and it said no results so I posted, however I then looked through random other support messages and found that same answer, they they are working on fixing the static ip. I was coming back here to delete the thread since I found my answer.
