hello aternos my aternos acc got banned even i not used afk bots someone used bots to crash my server and again and again they were joining so i think thats why aternos banned me but that wasnt my mistake so i want appeal please

Im one of the co-owners of the server he ot banned for so we adv the server in the aternos borad and sooo many bots joinned the server shutdown 3 times that day can we get the acc back we never used AFK bots
