Server starts then stops...

So i played SF 2.4 and i was looking to play SF 3 on your server hosting. I installed the software and started the server. After i got past the queue screen my server was stuck on starting for 10 mins. Then it changed to stopping and it stopped after 2 mins. I tried re- generating a world but that didnt work either. What do i do?
