I can't log in?!? :0

For the last 24 hours i have been trying to log into the account and it says something like the username doesn't exist. This account (reddagger) has been shared with all of our friends so we can access the server without annoying the owner. We asked around the group to see if they changed something but no one did. If you could kindly reply to me asap that will be great thx
