Can't start server. Need help!!

I am having a problem starting my server. I click on the start button and I get a notification saying: an attempt is being made to start your sever. Them I get a red notification saying "server" in it and that is it, and my server won't start. I am using 1.8 with no mods. I also have another problem that every time I try to start my server it says please except the EULA of minecraft, I say yes, it goes away and my server wont start. That stopped happening after a day and then the first problem listed started. Please help!!!
