If i will install the plugin factions it will not appear in the in-game if i type /plugins
and if i will type in-game /f create (NAME) it says unknown command help!!

Make sure you have mcore installed, too, because this plugin is needed in order to run Factions.

Also make sure you have mcore installed and Factions is shown green when you do /pl ingame.

What appears when you type /pl? Do you have craftbukkit installed? Do you have other plugins? Do you use the correct versions of the plugins? Is there any error in the console?
