Plugins not working

I have installed the worldedit plugin for my FTB-Ultimate server, but the plugin is not working. I have restarted the server. Also it is not letting me set the spawn. Please help.

You need Bukkit to use plugins and they don't let you use Bukkit with modpacks yet.

You can't use plugins in combination with a mod pack.
