Adding mod packs to my server.

I just wanted to know if there was a method to add modified modpacks to my server.
I added DivineRPG and Damage indicator to the FTB Ultimate modpack and both mods work fine when i play singleplayer but when i chose to install FTB Ultimate as a server option and joined the server neither of the mods work.(DivineRPG does not work at all and Damage Indicator shows health bars but health does not adjust on hit.)
