Missing Essentials Plugin :(

There a plugin missing in the essentials.rar, that is "EssentialsGroupManager"
Please add EssentialsGroupManager to the essentials.rar

Essentials GroupManager is a separate plugin aside from the Essentials suite, therefore we can't add it to our list, because GroupManager is not available at DevBukkit.
