Permission Plugin (YAPP)

Can you add YAPP (Yet Another Permission Plugin) because it is very easy and it is the only which I can use and do the configuration right?

I tried it but it always says No Permission.
Maybe I do wrong the configuration.
So the YAPP is the only which i can use because I know only the basics.
I do not want groups, only permissions for my friends because i do not want to do them op.

P.S.I do not understand German (the last sentence)
