Help Please

I forgot my email and username for my Aternos account.
I tried the emails that I know. I tried the USERNAMES that I know. Nothing works.
I was kicked out of my account since I did a cleanup of my computer and deleted all of the cookies and things that my computer deemed unnecessary. Now I can't get back in the server my friend and I are working on and it's kind of distressing since we spent quite a long time on it.

Can anyone help?
